Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, your order is handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Delivery Time (3–7 Business Days)

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to peak seasons, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing where applicable.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries/regions available at checkout. If your location isn’t available, we currently don’t ship there.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

  • If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has started.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at silklace68@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your shipping address

  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll investigate and provide the next steps as quickly as possible.
