Returns (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In the original packaging (when applicable)

With proof of purchase (order number)
Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shopify processes refunds through the admin and they can be full or partial depending on the situation.
Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we’ll cover return shipping (or offer a replacement/refund without requiring a return when appropriate).

If the return is due to preference (changed mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange, contact us at silklace68@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the quickest option. Shopify supports returns and exchanges workflows, but the exact flow depends on the order and item availability.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process once it arrives.

Shipping FAQ
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after you place your order.
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when it’s handed to the carrier.
Will I get a tracking number?
When tracking is available, we’ll email you tracking details once your order ships. You can also track here:

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the countries/regions available at checkout. If your location doesn’t appear, we’re not shipping there yet.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
My order says delivered, but I can’t find it — what now?
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building reception. If it’s still missing, email silklace68@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help.
My package arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email silklace68@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
Contact us immediately. We’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t been processed yet, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing starts.
